Approval process can be broken into 4 steps
Request a quotation
Submit your details along with a description of the proposal, services requested, and any relevant documentation. A request can be made by clicking on the "Contact Us" button below, or directly emailing to admin@apexcertifiers.com.au.
Certification Process
Once our fee proposal is accepted, we will start assessing the submitted documentation. An assessment report may be issued, along with a full List of Requirements for the issuing of a Complying Development or Construction Certificate approval. After all the documents are reviewed and accepted, an approval will be issued to commence construction.
Mandatory Inspections
We must conduct all mandatory critical stage inspections during construction. Builder to book in advance with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Upon completion of inspection, a defect report may be issued, and also submitted to Council and NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure via. ePlanning Portal.
Final Certification
We will issue a List of Requirments for the purpose of issuing an Occupation Certificate. Upon satisfactory completion of final inspection, and acceptance of all required documents, we will issue Occupation Certificate approval. Now the building can be safely occupied.
